Due to the nature of our work, refunds may only be issued under certain conditions.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted if:
- The project has not yet started
- No deliverables have been provided
- A billing error occurred
- The service was not delivered as agreed
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Completed work
- Delivered digital assets
- Consultations already completed
- Services purchased more than 30 days ago
3. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel a project before work begins.
- Once work has started, cancellation fees may apply based on progress completed.
