Refund Policy

At Braynex Innova LLC, we provide digital and remote services.

Due to the nature of our work, refunds may only be issued under certain conditions.

1.⁠ ⁠Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted if:

  • The project has not yet started
  • No deliverables have been provided
  • A billing error occurred
  • The service was not delivered as agreed

2.⁠ ⁠Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Completed work
  • Delivered digital assets
  • Consultations already completed
  • Services purchased more than 30 days ago

3.⁠ ⁠Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel a project before work begins.
  • Once work has started, cancellation fees may apply based on progress completed.
